Like i have done already in the past over several fallouts,i have tried to dig deep into causes of fallout,the past good moments,the misunderstandings,the bad influence of people around,and i can now say that i collected enough info to explain this situation

Archos, You are a great expert on Congolese music of the Wenge and QL age. So you will do a superior job. I wonder if it was Sankara who introduced Celeo to Fally. I can imagine Celeo and Fally as friends but I could not imagine Celeo and Sankara as friends since Sankara is far too wild and Celeo seems more chill and quiet and does not really go so wildly.

I bet it was Sankara that was behind the conflict between Fally and Celeo as well as making them friends beforehand.

the history between fally nsimba ipupa and serge movili aka celeo will start in their early years on earth as they will happen to be at same school saint jean
in fact both will be in same class at times,or sometimes same grade but different class along with guys like patrick ngubi( who will later become a staff member of fally)
serge will be chilling more with the likes of papitcho tungi later known as sankara dekunta while fally is more with patrick ngubi,tchibosse older brother of another of his recent staff members tchiba tchibambe aka tshibambalo
and as they grow up and start having interest for music fally will become closer to papitcho sankara,joe kapaya flamme... while serge celeo will go with another promising young guy(although older than them) didi kalombo,nkondi nimi alvarito,blaise bongongo seguin...
and there already will start some sort of rivalry due to area rivalry,fally sankara and co representing bandal synkin quarter while celeo and co will represent bandal mollaert
but despite rivalry they will also have some friendship especially when they are fully into age of teen,fally's first ever girlfriend(RIP) being celeo's bestfriend
their rivalry will reach a new dimension when both arrive in big groups wenge maison mere and quartier latin
not that they hate each other but for the sake of their groups in the then starting "world war 2" in other words the years of very strong polemic with families literally fighting between themselves over different leaders
both will often have to clash or show attitude to each other because people can not see they are friends,it was untolerable then
so as they were young and immature they'd take the rivalry almost even more seriously than their leaders and at few rare occasions common friends would have them together celeo would raise his foot to respond to fally giving his hand for handshake and fally would organize with their friend and vieux jipson butukondolo plan to take their cars and follow celeo to make it hard or impossible for him to get out of parking  when for example he is gone to a shop
with intervention of their vieux of bandal jordan kusa they will start talking again in 2003 and few times later when fally comes to perform with koffi at la zamba playa they will have a warm reaction to each other
but as often with them it does not last long,as few months after sankara will influence fally to believe that its celeo who is giving his sidekick of then anya star to donor didi kinuani
which will make him be pissed and avoid celeo for a while,then again when both go solo with help of bandal people they will make peace again and celeo will invite fally to sing a song for didi kinuani in his first album nzoto na nzoto(money talks hehe lol)
but few times after celeo will be pissed by hearing that fally says to people that he has funded celeo's whole album while he symbolically funded session of their feat and just another one for one of the songs which needed an extra session to correct few things
celeo does not react first then goes to a ferre concert which is seen as "treason",in fact before doing their feat together celeo and fally had agreed that he would drop his project of having also a featuring with ferre on same album
so when he goes to ferre's concert,fally's court jesters are quick to go to him with "ah pres mutu na yo a trahir ake concert ya l'autre la,mukuse wana ezalaka te"
fally will then ignore celeo's calls for a while until intervention of his older sister  tyna who celeo respects a lot and who forces them to speak with each other to make peace
they will even have an interview together at the show of tonton jacko,and fally plans to put him on list as a guest for his second europe tour as celeo is having problems to get visas due to maison mere doing things to block him behind the scenes
but it will not work and he will end up having  his visa while they are on tour already and as fally feared  having visa problems with his band in the two first tours musicians had almost no freedom to move to go for matolo as he feared they'd disappear,and that is almost what will happen as most of the group is furious as the trip back to kin approaches and they have almost nothing as gifts
celeo informed about that and given the core of fally's group then was bandal guys,did not want bandal to be put to shame by most of the guys running away,or returning with nothing comes with one big bag of clothes to their hotel where they are stuck and they share clothes and change their mind about their decision to leave
it will then be mainly calm except a few little things here and there about celeo talking to ferre or seguin which does not go too well in fally's camp but nothing major happens
in 2010 2011 their situation will start reaching another dimension as celeo will ask for fally's new car for a clip,personnally through text messages,but to his suprise while fally never responded  he will meet nathy lokole few times after who tells him that fally showed them that he was asking for his car for a clip and that he was dreaming and things like that,and celeo finds it disrespectful from fally not having responded but involving other people in a matter meant to be private
and he will be very upset,what will totally make the situation starting to explode is one of fally's guys going on tv to attack celeo and say that he sacrificied his uncle late maitre 150,who was one of koffi's closest bodyguards,which hurt celeo to the level that he give a phone call to tyna,crying and saying he does not want ever to hear about his brother then a heated call to shout at nathy lokole for allowing the guy to say it in his show,as for him maitre 150 was like a father having lost his dad very young and his mother in maison mere
nathy being a sarcastic and resentful guy will go for revenge years after by giving bill golden opportunity to roast celeo
another thing which will worsen relationship is when julien boseko equaliseur and ronsard kanza come back to kin after getting european papers and they bring a pair of sneakers to celeo as a sign of gratefulness for how he helped them years ago with his bag,which is reported to fally of course and fally sees kanza and equaliseur as traitors for wanting to get papers and become independent
fally will be furious and orders every single of his staff member to act like they do not know celeo at all if they see him or they are fired without any discussion
celeo made aware of it starts in his typical honest style of talking throwing attacks at fally for what is happening behind the scenes
it will become more intense with the first very viral rant of celeo against fally around 2013 2014 responding to  one of fally's guys saying on a congolese tv that celeo is very dark because he has a dark heart and is jealous and since God hates jealous people he rewarded him by giving him disabled twins which gets celeo very furious to the level that he is inches away to arriving at fally's house to fight him as he considers that if all this happens with the guys never getting punished its that fally agrees,only being stopped last minute on his way by a bodyguard of bandal
 few times after when fally is in europe,one of his close friend meets fally in a club and throws the coca cola in his cup on fally's shirt but when celeo hears it  he does not appreciate and urges his friend to call fally to apologize as he insists that he has to deal with his issues with fally himself like a man,not using other people to do the dirty job
two attempts of reconciliation will be made by their pire vieux jb mpiana and felix wazekwa but they will both always find excuses not to come both waiting for the other to apologize in private first,fally considering that celeo has to come as he is the bigger star  celeo considering that fally has to come since his guys have repeatedly gone way too far without any consequence
 celeo will become more and more vocal on his attacks,purely sticking to music through banter as to say that fally is not as big as he believes he is but the direct way celeo talks with makes people think like he was going private and while after the death of papa wemba he goes on tv to say in the heat of the moment with emotion that he asks for fally koffi werra or whoever congolese artist he has a beef with to forget it,the video will become a way to make a mockery of him between fally and his guys and obviously as in the industry of music, secrets are hardly kept celeo is informed and goes harder on attacks to which fally responds by sending his guys to say that he is suffering in kinshasa that his two houses have become brothels where prostitues work for him to earn a very little living and things like that which will be fueled by sankara dekunta who sides with fally
after years of having it very hard to have european visa,celeo arrives in europe and continues to banter fally as in kin in the circle of fally it was said that he'd never see europe again,so celeo uses it to arrive in europe with a bang to prove them a point,one of his guys in kinshasa trying to do like sankara attacks fally and makes allusion to his parents dead to which celeo reacts angrily having not sent him and asks him to make  a video of apology and confirm he said things like that thinking he defends his boss and that he deeply regrets it and the video will be used in nathy's show with sarcasm as to say he bows down in front of fally
once in europe,while its still the trend to threaten any musician coming from kin he comes across some combattants who force him to come to next protest if he wants to be allowed to be go where he wants in europe and he will go,like some other musicians(guys like bobby ronaldinho then with kester)
the new is then sent to kin and used by fally's guys to say in kinshasa that he has become a combattant in order to make him get a hostile welcome by congolese authorities should he want to come back quick to prove to fally and werra people that he had broken their promise that europe return is impossible for him
and the europe guys of fally will show to combattants video of him gone to his native region of equateur with the former first lady as authorities like to fly to region with artists coming from those regions so that it attracts sympathy from people,in order to make his stay in europe hostile too
celeo in his typical logic of never dealing with fally's staff,takes it back to fally in his rants since he considers they cant do all that without fally's approval
one year and half after his arrival he gets longterm european papers while he was mocked by fally's people and fans that he was a poor clandestine drinking  cheapest beers in the streets,so he goes on tv to hit back at all those attacks and at the same time tell people to never give up because he is an example of how you can go through humiliation for a downfall but you can bounce back
now that he has "scored a goal" against fally's people,staff and fans decide to track him  to expose that he does not have a car and takes train and subways like a random person while he is supposedly a star,and when he announces that he has bought an appartment in france they will actively hunt to find his house while spreading news that he sleeps in the living room of his sister gisele's house
meanwhile,with the huge development of internet "press" in kinshasa,celeo will see an insane amount of people attack him by the principle that fally has a much better career so he is just a bitter hater,most of them will go on the field of his private life too but will be seen taking selfies and making interviews with fally later to which he will reply strongly in interviews warning that he knows some stuff of fally's private life to but refusing to go on that field saying that  he wants to argue with fally only about music and that thats how the industry works but unlike what people think he does not have personal strong hate for fally but he does not like the way fally does nasty things to him undercover
the phenomenon develops so much that it becomes pretty simple,you go on internet you roast celeo with no limit you praise fally with no limit and by weeks after or months after for the least lucky you are well considered by fally's fans and staff,while celeo refuses to get people involved sometimes mocking those journalists for having to do dirty work to endear themselves but mainly hitting back at fally
in 2019 he will meet at a party his childhood pire petit tshiba which gets fally furious for tshiba breaking the rule of not talking to the enemies and celeo will be very attacked and it will motivate him to take nickname of poutine as he thinks this shows he is feared if even just a little meeting at a friend's party can create meltdown
later on,he will go back to kinshasa for the first time as people still doubt that he really had european papers and start saying that he will never return to europe  or that he went to kin with a lookalike's papers since he has no papers
once in kinshasa celeo will be mocked for two things,first being him taking a bath in the rain at the backside of hotel  he is in ,people speaking in the name of fally will says it shows he is poor he does not have a proper shower and anyways he should have been at grand hotel or venus or hotel du fleuve instead of hotel of his donor simplice awundu
second being him dancing in nightclub to humanisme,to which celeo with respond that he does not have a problem with fally's music in itself but rather the behavior he has in trying to belittle him constantly through people
he meets in kinshasa legendary atalaku of zaiko doudou adoula who asks him "little bro what have you been doing in europe,did you really become a combattant?" and telling him that he heard several times in reunions between artists and authorities artists snitching about him to authorities that he became a combattant so he should not be welcomed in congo and doudou was surprised to hear that it was all fake story and that he just went to one protest and never said a word
the day celeo is about to take plane to go back to paris he is stopped by aeroport guys who say police is looking for him with three complaints in the name of fally and he is bailed out of this situation by his donor late general delphin kayimbi who makes it possible to him to go on plane to go back to paris
and in his first interviews in europe he will make allusions that the fally guys must me super angry as he arrived while they believed they'd get him locked down in kinshasa to rot again
few times after his return in europe,he meets in tutu caludji's birthday party fally's bodyguard maitre manix who attacks him on stage which create trouble and ruins the concert
few days after he appears in interview showing a complaint he had filed in the name of fally,because he considers that manix attacked him on fally's order
the fact celeo files a complaint against fally is badly seen by many people because they say its not fally who attacked him and anyway he deserved that for often attacking fally
all in all,the story of fally and celeo is full of action and reaction of celeo against an apparent silence from fally who just throws the odd diss here and there on generiques and has allowed 50+ people over the years attacking celeo in his name

I have to say its a troublesome relationship that the two share.
Do you think that their relationship would be any different if Celeo was equally as successful as Fally is today or perhaps if Fally had joined Maison Mere instead of QL? I sense that Fally would want to make the friend feel inferior meanwhile on the other end Celeo wants to be treated as an equal despite the fact that Fally is more wealthy and successful.

I now understand why it is almost impossible for Sankara to be nice to l'autre la despite being from the same clan Maison Mere. 

definitely different,either a stronger clash than that or more mutual respect,congolese leaders really respect you when you are doing well in solo,when you are not  its not the same,for example fally and ferre(and their guys) can do whatever they want in public when they sit at home  they know the two are the guys who gave a chance to a younger generation to exist after wenge 4X4.and both of them would not be bothered much about state of their public relationship to their ex bandmates but their relationship with stars doing really well is under scrutiny,they either assume having bad relationship with other big star which would have collateral buzz effect or they will "overpolish" the relationship with the other star  for good image too
i think the situation of celeo and fally looks like something which happens every year all around the world,two friends one going up in his life seriously then becoming big headed or seen as that,the other one turned either naturally as a jealous guy or influenced to become jealous by people constantly comparing their lives and installing inferiority complex in him,or being portrayed as a jealous because he does not bow to the more succesful friend
this reminds me of a cameroonian workmate who had suddenly won something like 500K euros in lottery and completely changed,for him his "new level" was being friend with white people only from paris rich areas and was refusing to even look at us or shake our hands when we saw and he got conned in a business with a guy and now  he is doing ubereats delivery(not mocking his downfall let alone saying delivery is a shameful job) and he is the guy calling us to call chill with us in weekends
goes to show how hard it can be to maintain perfect friendship when social status gets too involved and badly handled

I just think it is bound to the person there is a quote who says Money doesn't change you it makes you become more of what you already are, for example check Mukulu, yes in the PPU era he was not the best person to be around but now he treats everybody with respect from the first singer to the mbonda player he funded most of his ex members career and on the low even non BCBG members like Deplick on the other hand you have Fally who yes he is wealthy and all but never produced anything like Koffi V12, Loi or JB's TH but treats his employees except Kabuya and the other Atalakus, Willy Zola amd his female dancers like shit, beefing with Celeo when he doesn't even need to, can't handle criticism, and believe that he is alwas right as you see same situatom different results it is not the money it is the person, a lot of people who are poor are nice but wait until they see the money for the first time and you will see their true colours
