Probably the song of F'VICTEAM aren't doig well despite the very good music because usually in Orchestras when you do your song you must pay yourself for the promotion and not the boss. Noted as only Identite and "Chef" Atele Kunianga went to Ado Yuhe to make some promotiom for their songs? (Don't know if Identite has a song usually Atalakus do not have one since their songs is considered to be the generique and the seben part of the rhumbas)
Why Junior, Papy Kalombo, Nathan and the others haven't done any promotion? It is like Libre Parcours, Fally clearly told them to gas up on the accelerator since they are brothers and he wants the best for them, but I think they are too much in the shadow of Fally and clearly struggle to see themselves doing those little things leader do to secure the song is promoted. And it is a shame, fans can't really be blamed, this is social media era is even harder to get attention for your loved ones on social media let alone of an artist.

What's the point of a group album when the leader isn't appearing in the clips? He doesn't have to put vocals on every song, but Koffi participated heavily in group albums. Even Werrason and JB Mpiana backed their artist in clips as well as vocals. I surprised the members of F'Victeam haven't left in large exodus,  I suppose it's a steady paycheck.

But Fally will replace them if they become "old" .

The difference between Werra's way of doing with WMMM and Koffi's way of doing things with QL is that Fally doesn't want to apply this traditional system, as he once said his objectif is to produce artists who will become stars and these artists must know how to do their own promotion

Well if that's really his objective (which I doubt), he must change his method since it's not working. Fally has produced 0 stars in 15 years.

Koffi and Werra "produced" a lot with the old system.

Being a star in a congolese band depends on two things mainly, the musician himself having something about him naturally and the leader pushing to maximise on it for the profit of his group and his own profit,so in the case of fally does he have guys like that ?maybe kabuya who is/was known by fans of all groups and maybe a couple of others who have it but its unexploited or they are not aware of it themselves
then does fally really want to make stars in his group?no he has stated himself clearly that when he started his group he sat with the guys and made it clear that he needed people around him to play for him because he cant do all on his own
third  point koffi and nsone needed making stars, koffi in order to face wenge 4X4 first, then maison mere, and nsone needed a strong team to face the original wenge bcbg, does fally especially at this point have the need let alone feel the need to have even just one star in his band to help him in something?i dont think so hence why doing something for his musicians is not seen and treated as a priority
talking about junior nonda like they were calling him back then in the days with fudji robinio and co in matete,i am hearing that he participated in the diss track the guys who left have done, which could be embarrasing for him having returned

Or can we just say that quality of music started going down when the focus of polemic shifted from band musicians and went to spokesmen. I'm just imagining, if Fally and Ferre left their musicians to diss one another on projects they do and milestones they achieve, then maybe it would have benefitted Fally and Ferre more and even more to fans. But now how do you create a name for yourself if you only appear on TV once in five years? It's painful to be a Fally musician.

yes bro what you said actually worked a bit in their early solo careers, equaliseur and marchouse for exemple used to clash each other a lot on tv and it contributed to their fame
