There is a reason why Congolese leaders despite having the means to live in Europe choose to live in Congo despite Congo not being the most well kept country, as someone said before in a thread about Djino, Congo is a paradise for criminals, rapers, pedophile, and people who love to abuse the power, for example the Werra frequent slapping, try to do that in Europe and tell me how it goes, Koffi almost got arrested over the video of him beating that dancer up, imagine Djino Liaki, JDL and Co. With their mobbing etc. Leaders are very smart and they know what to do and what not to do the reason why you see these groups being poorly managed it is simply because in Congolese culture there is no tomorrow, even big guys like Fally and JB have no concept of tomorrow let's say someone like Fally (God forbid) dies who will be the one to carry Fally style? Werra in fact has that concept and is what have kept Congolese music high with guys like Heritier, Fabro, Ferrè, Deplick etc. Making music
With that said yes Congolese leaders love being leaders in Congo cause you have benefit over bad things you do you wouldn't have in Congo even for music, how many Atalaku, Singers or Instrumentalists you know who get their copyright or writing rights?
