Being an artist I can explain it like this, usually when you want to release a song in digital platforms there is a software that generates your song in YouTube and which is the direct link of the song that you posted, if you check the Topic of artist that Topic is directly the official link of the artist and usually they are leaked because probably the artist made 00:00 AN the hour to listen to the song, this is why you always see a Topic and then the official video, if you are smart you can also have an agreement with streaming services to make that everytime someone post your song also in his channel you get the money from the commercial onto you.
