throughout interview he is making several hints that he is never given freedom to do his job as marketing director the way he wants yet he gets all the blame from fans, fans must know that when he is not called upon or trusted on something he wont force it
the staff of ferre is accused of various things and all the blame lies on him while he is not given full freedom to do what he wants because there is a certain hierarchyand his department is depending from those above and if he had freedom to  do what he wanted fans would not get what they want but they'd get even more because he is somebody when he commits fully to something he often gets great results
and he announces that he will be more and more involved in politics so he did it so that fans do not think that its becaue he failed in music that he went there, let alone because he fears somebody he fears no human being on earth
so if people see him promoting videos about politics they should be surprised its what he is getting soon his license at university for and whenever he gets his little space to express himself with ferre he will do  it and he made other hint about feeling undervalued saying that he has plenty of time to combine both as to say that he is so rarely as busy as he should like a proper marketing director that he has loads of spare time to do politics

Hehehehe if he was really serious by now we would have had  Ferre Gola website on www and maybe a proper Facebook interactive page where we know who is who in the band, mini biograophies and extracts of their performance etc. I have seen that on Youtube, the official Ferre page has a number of new uploads of Ferre's old works so someone is updating, that's about it. It's the same for BCBG, we had a BCBG website back in the days with a lot of data and all band members details, discography of the band etc that's the most basic marketing you can do to connect your organisation to your market.

guys not saying he is right but if you refer to my topic about how hierarchy is in congolese music,it is not impossible that his role is very hijacked by other admins, assuming that already in the congolese standard the role of marketing director is spreading banners for concerts, doing those 5 10 minute edit of concerts for tv shows ,pretty basic, and even in his case,if i am not mistaken he is not even the one doing it anymore  but blaise mpolo the director of the group instead ,and that in congolese music its not the marketing director who give instructions to the artist, its the artist who decides and in 90 per cent of congolese artists its just  go to tv's  make sure concert spot is done .. and leaders are happy with that
only upcoming artists allow marketing directors to be innovative until they get some fame and become complete pricks towards them(the case of robinio and djo gonzalo and kristiano for example) and now reclaim all the exclusive right to decide
or artists who are under close control of foreign labels
once again i am not saying that he is right but if even ferre saw that he was doing anything wrong he would be dumped like vasco
the two big wenges for example have been exposed a lot  to criticism and disrespect in this internet era for sticking to oldschool marketing
but why neither werra or jb fired somebody? they are happy with their work
also lets not forget that many of the admins of groups have two camps behind one man each fighting to be the boss favourites  so there is  often one doing what is not his duty to appear as the most committed

What's astounding is now nowadays anyone can create and maintain a website. The likes of Squarespace, Shopify and Wix have made it so easy. Imagine with a website, you could sell tickets to concerts directly as well as merchandise. Wonder why Congolese artist have not jumped on this trend.
