Its like 95% of bandleaders are all evil. Bozi Boziana as in the media an image of  a saint, but the guys who used to be close with him in the 80s or those who used to be in Choc Stars and Anti Choc, always say that he had a bad behaviour.

Its funny to hear that like most bandleaders (Tabu Ley, Papa Wemba, JB Mpiana, Fally Ipupa, Werrason, etc.) the idea of forming a band didn't came from him. Bozi doubting about returning to Zaiko or just going to Europe to start a solo-career.

I don't know the history of Anti Choc well, but Guy says that when Bozi did him dirty and went to Europe to record "Mon Mari est Gabonnais", he and whole band decided to leave. Did they form a band and was Djonolo still around at that time ? or was it after that Djonolo was fired for recording Fatouma Bineta ? Someone need to write a complete biography of all 3th generation artists, because even those of Bozi Boziana, Nyoka Longo, Papa Wemba, King Kester Emeneya, Pepe Felly Manuaku, Pepe Kalle and Koffi Olomide is incomplete. Only that of Evoloko along with those of the 2nd generation, but that website got shot down. About the musicians of Anti Choc, didnt they form around 1987/88 with Djonolo a band called Choc Musica (recruiting musicians like Alexis Azulino) ? or was that the name of the band the musicians like Micha Brown and co formed in the 90s, after leaving Bozi Boziana ?

Choc Musica was the band Djo Nolo formed after tensions with Bozi I guess. He took almost everyone. Guy Kalume was also there
