I don't know alot about his private life, but ironically on the music-side, 1999 was worser then 1998 on terms on conflicts. The beef with Wemba becoming stronger and a point them attacking each other in albums (Fula Ngenge & Attentat), the beef against Nyoka Longo also becoming stronger, Koffi starting beefing with JB Mpiana (JB seeing his car getting burned by Zoulou-gangsters, CNN & JF Ifonge wearing JB's outfit of his concert at Stade des Martyrs, Champion, Depitcho and JF Ifonge mocking JB about his Zenith, etc.). A strong conflict starting against his former employees who created Academia. So at that some point he fulfilled his wish for 1999, lol
