"logical" in the sense that none of the guys are sacem affiliated  even the fally ferre generation or guys like suzuki had to claim their songs once they got affiliated,our music is not like french one where you can have a solo album of somebody with 20 different authors on songs all getting their rights while the star only gets rights as interpret

The Maison Mère musicians aren’t also affiliated to SACEM, but they their songs on A La Que Leu are still credited there to their own names in SACEM

Also in Libres Parcours F’Victeam Musicians got credited to their names in SACEM I believe

guys lets be honest here,if they were really affiliated do you guys think ferre for example would be upset and leave if he was receiving rights of vita imana alone or efandjo with eternellement ko ko ko ,they are basically credited like they are on cd,then once they became sacem members,they reclaimed their rights
some of the conflicts those guys had with their leaders on tv  were lowkey being in reality leaders being upset that they had gone to reclaim their songs,including for some of them songs which they gave to the leaders
its also a matter of who made the declaration and how i think,cause you will see that even those who credited there musicians its not always like that otherwise imagine somebody like tyson who's been in countless group albums
look at the name claimed as editor,anyone who knows who david monsoh associates as editor to his project knows thats not the same name
