The first song sung on his own. According to Quetin Moyascko he recorded it because he wanted to copy Alain Makaba, who also sung lead in the song Tuna Tina Jack Kitshindja from Anges Adorables volume 1. I won't surprise me if Alain Makaba would be one of his rolemodels, despite ignoring him always in interviews only mentioning the late Baroza and Shiro Vuemba of Zaiko.  Because Roga would buy the same white steinberger guitar like him. He played keyboards on his own in Extra's first album like Makaba did on Bouger Bouger and ended up by playing lead and rhythm by himself in the Etat Major album like Makaba did in the Kin E Bouge-album.





As a reaction to Quetin Moyascko's song Likasu. In this song he sings that he's the victim of lies that Quetin,Guy-Guy Fall, Durrel, Regis and co are spreading about him. In the same song he would use the guitar-line that he played in Extra Musica's concert at Variete Samedi Soir in Kinshasa (1995) that them known. Seeing the album-cover of Trop c'est Trop, you can already that he wanted to show off that he was the real boss.



When I heard this song for the first time, I already felt that he would become soon the lead singer of the band and kill Extra Musica. I wasn't liking the song for years. But now it's one of my favorite rumba's. One of Fally's rumba in Power (I don't remember the song) sounds alot like it this.



The remix-version of Racines. Where he sung in Mboshi and Lingala, singing about traditional medicine, the result of water pollution by western companies, praising the villages.

For me, it is the song Polemique Generale. There Roga Roga sounded pretty strong. I like that one.
