He says they were same age(born in 1958),from the same village and the same tribe,the Mumbata tribe in which they were the two biggest artists,and they know each other for a long time,and during his time in kenya whenever he went there they meet or when defao was coming to lubumbashi and that they even sung on  the yet to be released defao album it is a big big loss for congolese music because he was a great artist
 he also talked about rumba and its recent recognition at UNESCO saying its nice but now we cant satisfy ourselves from that
he fears rumba disappearing with the way more and more congolese artists are starting to try to play music like other countries ,while those countries inspired themselves from us and he also as usual these days had a word about social situation of the country saying there is a lot of things to improve in the countries and if he is saying that its not to insult authorities but to give them motivation,for him for example its a bit humiliating to see people seeing eating chicken as a luxury and party when at work  they are given chicken for christmas and new year,it should become something normal and for that our country is blessed with more than enough space when they could develop agriculture and all that
so its up to authorities to make it less of an event for people by putting in the right effort to catch up with other countries because we potentially have one of the richest if not the richest country of the world

I see that Karmapa is having the same problems that Wazekwa used to have when having uploaded an interview on youtube. The difference with Wazekwa is that Karmapa doesn't have alot fans on social media, so when ever there's an interview of him uploaded on youtube, 80%/90% are hate comments from Koffi fans and 10% positive even if he does not talk about Koffi.

I always thought that Karmapa was Angolan (Muzombo) and Defao a muntandu, for the way Defao was to attached to Kisantu and Bantandu always praising him of him being one of their many stars or maybe its that Defao is a mumbata from his mother side, because Bakongo are matriarchal. About Karmapa, I thought that he was Angolan because of his name Pembele which is very common to Bazombo and later on when he conflict started with Koffi sometime times hate comments saying that he's Angolan. However, Bazombo and Bambata are neighbours and brothers, before the colonization it used to be one sub-tribe and even one of the 6 Kongo province (Mbata) during the Kongo-Kingdom. When the Europeans made the borders between Angola and DR Congo, the Bambata living in Angola adopted the name Bazombo due to the town Maquela do Zombo who was back then a big town.
