This band is slowly losing that WMMM signature touch. The atalaku department led by Jamaica is lacking creative. This protege Bass lacks our signature.
Nowander personally I resort to Archives.

It is better if Werra leave the group to Kakol or Bicorine, this is getting ridiculous, how is Werra letting this garbage go through? Is not even Jamaïque's fault the best is garbage it seems like a bad imitation of 2010's Kuduro beats

Is not Jamaïque's fault even though the crie "Na yoki posa kolia eloko 'a mwa sucre" which is mwasi (for non Lingala speakers is a word play on to eat a woman's vag and to to eat something sugarly) is really wack and the upteenth wordplay on sex which I am getting sick of, the problem is the instruments imagine if Bill was forced to sing on Kuduro beats in Kibuisa Mpimpa

I don’t rate Jamaique, the guy is a fraud. I put him out there as one of the worse atalaku in MM history. He hasn’t created anything worth repeating. Since Ambulance left, the atalaku there have been sleeping and the guy who they have put their trust in isn’t producing….a fucking fraud!

i believe that bill hype did not do him good service instead of being himself like he was before joining he's stereotyping himself ,outside of celeo and bill the only atalakus who really had big impact came with their own style that second version of brigade, lobeso, roi david and to some extent ambulance
the clearly programmed new bill's( jamaique, goldberg, bercy) did not really really hit it much on cd despite hype in, concerts

And I agree this song or whatever it is, is crap but how does one explain the fact that almost everyone here is always saying that Maison Mere is dead yet it is almost the most active band with full concerts and rehearsals almost every other week? This is an academic question and it is not for those who always resort to snide remarks and trolls to cover intellectual paucity

i dont believe maison mere is dead, or its an overstatement like there are plenty in our music
maison mere has just been built forever under the philosophy of having almost the whole group very known even by the fans who are fans of rival groups and its been less and less the case in recent years, and also built around the legendary zamba playa which was a thermometer of the group's popularity and an integral part of maison mere DNA with the mythic tests and the wars of musicians to create competition
its as if barcelona start hoofing the ball from pique to aubameyang all game instead of passing by the midfield, people will say thats not barcelona
then the bigger problems maison mere face is that current congolese music is leader-centered from the fans perspective, the same fans who also bemoans the radical drop of group level but still are going by the logic that as long as the leader is fine all is fine
God forbid we could soon find ourselves having albums of leaders all doing generiques and all leads by themselves if it coninues like that
the other bigger problem is the massive lack of consideration performing in DRC have now got, you'll see that jb and werra perform quite often in DRC despite their loss of sponsorship but are lowkey or openly considered by people to be finished because they dont have 4 5 6 abidjan douala and co well promoted full crowd shows
even for the diplomatic passeport thing a lot of people are dissing them without naming them that they barely travel abroad so they dont deserve such an honour, and whatever they did in the past is pointless at this moment in time, mind you even professional musicians are going on tv to say that, not just the random forum of youtube comments guys

In my view this is the worst generique ever done by WMMM. The group now has fine singers who are capable of performing wonders but the animation department is at its worst. WMMM has a philosophy built around good generiques and shows. This is what gives it identity. Jamaique and Golbert aren't even quarter of what the group needs.

Jamaique is only good at doing what others have created, he has not produced any proper work of his own. In my view, let Werra make Jamaique a singer, send Golbert to reserves and hire two new atalukus.

I will call Gladie Ngiama to pass this message to her dad directly and it has to be done today.

I hear you bro…..just mystifying that the fans still fill the stadium to watch Pique hoof the ball to Aubameyang!!!! What is clear though is that Jamaique is a big downgrade from the typical energetic WMMM atalaku

werra and the 2 others giants of the early 2000 war even fally ferre now are institutions, they have cemented fanbases who will still come to watch them because they have a big catalogue of good music to offer and of course there is always the desire of loyal fans to discover new songs and animation
but now if  you take even half of them "institutions" having a very strong vibrant band it would irradiate on the whole scene, everybody will want to have strong teams again and our music as a whole will be stronger(as half if not more of the current solo artists are in reality in  the normal context those who would have been the new stars of maison mere or quartier latin or bcbg if jb went against his rule  of recruiting proven artistsof other bands,or they'd have been longer with ferre  or fally, and building stronger groups instead of struggleing career wise and just having the pleasure of being called leader and having a  little bit better access to money coming directly from music)

The big question is, how on earth did Werra approve the release of that garbage of work? He seems to be losing it too
