for example yesterday i saw a rehearsal of fabro and his singers were not doing the chorus like he wanted  so he made them sing one by one and the first who messed up was told to stand and leave  and in comments some people were shocked and some knew its common from leaders to react angrily like that

I agree Heritier is harsh at times but they also seem to have a sort of love for each other in Team Wata and that he trusts Ambulance with a lot of space so yes it’s harsh and it may cause issues but it’s a thing of tough love I feel, but you have to watch how you use that when your band members are grown men

Why would Olivier try to rejoin Wenge Maison Mere? Isn't he the Number two in Team Sarà? Plus It seems Team Wata pays his employees so

him and wata have the same relationship as wata  and ambulance,apart from being his employees they are his little brothers so he does not tolerate anything from them while they think their position allows them to come late at concerts to become more lazy and so on so wata does the same trick werra used to do to olivier,keeping being harsh on him to try discipline him,so just like in maison mere even when something is not that worthy of a suspension he gets it,and sometimes it hurts him and he thinks about leaving,just like he used to approach secretly ferre to join when he was starting to miss european tours or collective private trips of nsone repeatedly
the perfect example of that love but harshness  is plata  who wata considers his own brother from same blood but who gets the shortest possible time in concerts and albums  because he does not discipline himself,he is some sort of soft version of kabuya,very creative but you'll find him half asleep drunk at rehearsals
