its definitely suspect because if somebody outside of them both or the peter luhanga angelucentral and co had it in this era of daily competition of buzz,it would have leaked long long long ago this picture the closest it could be is 2016 at the start before quadra lost papa charles and grew the beard in the mourning process(or was it the zambia thing instead but definitely there was something which had him media shy a bit then boom he appeared with the beard)
