Anges Adorables volume 1

No one in Wenge 4x4 will beat Werra's vocals in all albums they did. Every vocal was a big succes. I think that if Wenge 4x4 didn't split and he recorded Kibuisa Mpimpa with them, that he would sing most songs on his own. With succes of Force d'Intervention Rapide and Solola Bien he earned the title of "le grand formateur" for having a dream-team and giving them light, it could be that he wanted to reward WMM and give them the chance to express themselves despite Kibuisa being a solo-album. Btw a big part of the songs were of Baby Ndombe, Didier Lacoste and Serge Mabiala.

Who had the better group albums btw WMM and QL? Solola Bien vs Force De Frappe and A La Queue Leu Leu vs Affaire D'etat?

WMM wins for me for both albums, but Force de Frappe could have came close if Koffi gave his artist more space on their own songs. Mamale, Jordan (understandably his song done last minute), and Fally's gay friend barely sang on their song.

The albums best cuts are when Koffi falls back, let his artist do their thing like these gems...





Is there mi-solo played on this album or just rhythm/lead guitar swapping btw Felly and Ridens. The album also credits Koffi as guitarist, so maybe he played rhythm like V12.

I would go both for WMMM. But Solola Bien is different TO Force de Frappe. In Solola Bien it were like Intervention Rapide only the admins/co-founders who had songs while in Force de Frappe new members and veterans had songs. Guys like Serge Mabiala, JDT, Baby Ndombe and co had to wait 3 albums before putting songs in Maison Mere. It's crazy the way how they used to call Koffi egoistic in that era, while guys like Fally and Jipson left QL with 3 songs the time they spended and JDT, Baby Ndombe just having1 song when leaving their band

There was no mi-solo guitar. Ridens Makosso had normally to do that role, but Deba O'Neill run away which made them abandon it and both Felly Tyson and Ridens Makosso swapping roles lead/rhythm in different songs. 

You guys really prefer A La Que Leu Leu over Affaire d’etat?? A La Que Leu Leu is good but come on Affaire d’etat was on a different level the sound was just one of the best ever and just the artistic work on that album was incredible, A La Que leu leu the sound just didn’t sound right and Werra destroyed the album with the excessive mabanga and the Generique wasn’t even that good either.

Also I think comparing Jb to Koffi is a bit unfair because when TH came out as you said Jb had a lot to prove especially to show that he could stand on his own two feet without Makaba and Blaise, whilst with Effrakata Koffi didn’t have much to prove on rhumbas because he had already released  multiple solo albums to his name.
At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if some of you said Anti Terro is a better album than Danger De Mort looool
