Like I said, Celeo is the mature one here on this case with Brigade. It's Brigade for some reason still holds grudges for whatever reason.

brigade suspecting celeo of dating his now ex while celeo just knew her well because he lived with her and her ex husband in her previous marriage,then the competition in maison mere when brigade was used to force celeo out,then their relationship with fally,brigade wanting to be loyal to fally and never missing an opportunity to bash celeo even when its none of his matter,and celeo also sticking it up him
they had two three occasions to talk well but the rivalry and the question of fally weighs a lot  to limit them taking it a step forward
