Now let me start off saying this isn’t to make anyone look bad or sound good it’s just from my experience.

Currently I’m in Kin visiting family and Robinio doesn’t live far from my uncles house and we could hear the loud instruments and I got told it’s Robinio rehearsing. I decided to go take a closer look and I went with my cousins and we waited outside and one of my friends new the security inside and the security let us in even though it was private.

Whilst we were waiting outside Robinio’s musicians came out and looked at us and were kind enough to acknowledge us and smiled and said hi. One came out upset at the other musicians because Robinio roasted him inside the rehearsal and they all laughed at the guy and now the guy was complaining at them laughing at him instead of defending him.
We went inside and watched the singers and dancers do choreography and Robinio came out after a little while and started rehearsing but then had problems with the drummer not hitting it the way he likes it. He then called the second drummer who’s younger and even called the first drummer old and said “this is a young man’s sport” the second drummer wasn’t doing what Robinio did correctly for a while but then he finally hit it and Robinio got excited and looked at the sky with his arms out wide saying the angels are coming. They then started rehearsing again but that same drummer started messing up and then Robinio roasted him saying he needs to stop smoking whatever he’s smoking and kicked him off the drums and called back the first drummer, the second drummer went and started sulking in the corner.

They tried to do the choreography again but then one of the soloists started messing up and wouldn’t correct his mistake and Robinio got frustrated and said “I’m going inside” and walked off and went inside his house, I joked with my friend saying he’s probably on the phone to someone to find him new drummers and soloists. The  other musicians started shouting at the soloists because they kept restarting their parts sooo much.
They eventually started correcting everything and started the dances and Robinio eventually came out and joined them again. The other musicians kept calling down the second drummer but he was still sulking even when Robinio was gone, and eventually Robinio called him back down and said to him “you need to quit smoking weed” and the drummer said “Pres I stopped a while ago” and Robinio said “No you haven’t look at your eyes stop lying”. He kicked off the first drummer again in favour of the second one and once again mocked the first drummer calling him Koko,
They did the choreography and then it got to the part of filming the dance for Instagram and the guy filming the group wasn’t filming the dancers so Robinio grabbed him aggressively and started shoving him in front of the dancers, me and my cousin looked at each other and said if he tried that with us we’d have beat the hell out of him (because we’re both videographers). They then took a pause and Robinio called us down and shook our hands and was polite to us and asked if we wanted to take pictures which we did, he thanked us for coming and we left. My friend said he was being nice to us because he knew we were bana poto lol

Overall it was an interesting experience, he has a very talented group but unfortunately they’re not going to be noticed because music nowadays doesn’t revolve around groups. The guy is quite rude to his musicians especially when stressed but he also has a funny side when he’s in a good mood or he gets the results he wants.

I don't think is because of group. Fally has a group, Ferre has a group and even Heritier in this era started with a group with the old formula and they all have success. 8 think Robinio is not having constant success cause of his attitude. From your experience you would think it was Fally, MJ or some guy who solo a milioni record but when is the last time Robinio made a series of single of success or toured the whole Africa? We found out that his showcase is a free showcase and that probably he doesn't pay his musicians, he still hadn't prove anything in the Music Congolese world, but yet feel brave enough to do all those humiloating stuff you described. People don't like non humble people especially when they aren't proven yet. Plus Robinio spend his time doing polemica instead of focusing on music. I think him insulting Ferre was what put the nail in the coff8n ofnhis career, he can have all the successful generique he wants but no one will take him seriously if he doesn't start touring or if he doesn't have a successful rhumba or album

Well to tell you the truth Robinio’s music is actually popular here all the bars I’ve been to Robinio is on rotation. All the DJs are playing him and the people request him too. That doesn’t sound like someone who’s career is finished 

There are two artists you can be dead certain that it wont miss in their rehearsals lol robinio and heritier and yelling at people 
yeah he is still going strong in kin but i think i get what manzambi means,he does have song success but a bit of less of buzz around him that at a certain period,he loves to brag about that millions song but tia nanu boye was even more of a madness i recall seeing old mature men jumping on bar table and even on top of a taxi dancing it

The saison 1 and Chiffre 9 project are the formula he needs to follow. Also don’t mistreat musicians they will leave. Someone needs to advise a Robinio. Hate to see this become wasted talent.
