True but Deplick to be honest could have counter that because unlike small guys like Adolphe etc. He had the backing of a good Maison Mere career, also Ferre, I have never understood why he keeps falling in these mind games after all of these years

For me the deeper problems of deplick image wise are two, the fact that he supports ferre a lot ever since ferre acknowledged him 5 6 years ago which is very far from being a popular option for people,all the vocal supporters of ferre among musicians have  controversial image
the second being the similarities people see between him and dicap put both together and you have reasons to make him remain a "home and car artist" for people rather than an artist that they will boost on the market
look at ibrator aswell,its kinda the same,an unpopular siding with an elder,plus music too "educated" for the streets plus influent former mentor press wise
 on the other hand take but na filet,music streets can understand and relate to,extremely popular good relation with an elder and you have somebody who is resisting even to difficult relationship with his ex-friend and "mentor" by circumstance fabro
in my opinion deplick should now try to make as much as possible generiques with catchy dances or animations and he might actually breakthrough " by force" the way robinio did
unfortunately for him he left maison mere on a very low,after a year of 12 after 12 he was not anymore THE deplick who looked more like a potential solo artist than fabro before fabro left then went on to face loads of problems then his honesty came into the mix when it became an era of "play the right game or you'll struggle to exist"
