And for example Why Ça Sonne, Sound Sol or even Mayi Ya Sika aren't seen as the original Wenge sound, because for example the only clear example of Maison Mere not following the Wenge sound to me Us The Techno Malewa Generique, very slow pace and almost Décale type rather than the fast pace guitar

wenge maison mere is the mix of original wenge seben,station japan's faster sebene with the recall of japonais next to which flamme developped what became the maison mere tempo,then later werra implemented folkloric influence
bcbg's tempo is the continuation of the feux de l'amour style by makaba a not too agressive style of sebene compared to the direction it could have taken after pentagone,alain himself being a zaiko fan inspired himself a lot of zaiko soloist for sebene,but the reason why people say that bcbg's sebene is like zaiko is the amount of chorus animation way higher than most group where the atalakus just gets some answer here and there but mainly leads and also the same folkloric influence
tonya tonya's sebene is a mix of wenge and empire with the presence of papillon and kalo bass
blaise's sebene however is closer to the original wenge sebene because he either uses alain makaba himself or gets his guitarists like toussaint baku or yahwe na solo to reproduce the style of makaba

I was talking about songs, not generiques. The concept of generiques came from pile ou face with pentagone and ndombolo ya solo following. In that period Wenge 4x4 was about to split and was in a transition to go to another sound from that we heard in the albums Kin E Bouge, Les Anges Adorables and Kalayi Boeing. (In Congolese music bands normally change their style progressively every 4/3 years). For example the Zaiko of early 80s is not the same of that of the late 80s. xx is not the same like.

The original Wenge 4x4 style is that they played in albums such as Kin E Bouge, Kalayi Boeing and Les Anges Adorables volume 1 & 2. With the drum of Titina, rhythm of patient kusangila, massela way of playing bass through the songs, the lead of both makaba and fi-carre being the key of it. References are songs like Capitaine de Beneluxe, La Tempete de Desert, Mon Ami Coboss, Kaskin and Kin E Bouge. If you put these songs in front of Love Airline, Yandi Mosi, you hear that it not the same style. Many of these Wenge 4x4 songs got adopted by upcoming bands of these time and even settled bands. For example, the way Titina drummed in the start of Captaine de Beneluxe got copied in Extra Musica’s song Amie Reviens.

burkina faso has also a important contribution to the sound of wenge bcbg. He already slowed down after pentagone. He used to play differently when being in choc stars and his first years in wenge 4x4.
