i think he does not want to be asked "stupid" questions,the way  some journalists depending on how they fear you or not will be dragging people's name into the interview for a long long time then when they fear you the questions are selected even before interview,you'll notice even koffi in his press conference blacklisted some journalists knowing that they will come only with names of other artists and polemic
imagine him for example answering "toyoki na album obuaki amida" lol instead of an analysis of the songs the styles and all that
