he said that there was a neighbour of babia who was at 8th floor of their building and their elevator was not working so he had to climb the stairs,and when he reached 5th floor he hear somebody shouting mama nakufi eh,that building barely had congolese people only angolan ones so it caught the guy's attention so when he reached 6th were babia was he found a door open and a guy running away,and he tried to get close to get a closer look and saw that the house was in a complete mess with lots of broken things and as he walked in he found babia lying on the floor with a lot of blood and alima trying to hide as much as possible sitting at one of the corners of the house but according to angolan law when you witness a scene like that  youidont have the right to take somebody to emergency or you can be suspected so the guy called emergency and police,and they arrived about 6 hours after,while when the guy saw babia he was still breathing even thought not much conscious
