It's a shame that Temoingage, Monde Arabe, Anti Terro & A La Que Leu Leu didn't had a big concert at one of the mythic halls of Paris (Bercy, Zenith de Paris, Olympia Bruno Coquatrix & Palais des Sports). From 2003 Congolese music was on his decline, music-promoters didn't want to put their money anymore to let Congolese artists perform in mythic halls anymore after seeing Koffi & Papa Wemba failling at Zenith in 2003. Emeneya then making fun about it by in an interview he did with journalists Gaspard Love by saying "nga kutu nasalaki plein. soki o comparé 7 years ago na quelques mois ago", "zenith ya batu batelema kaka" etc." In the same period you had the Coupe-Decale revolution that took Africa by storm, music fans since 2002 complaining about bandleaders coming late on stage, The afro-diaspora press in France starting to call Congolese music monotonous with no-inovation, etc. This all made the Congolese bands going back to getto, after being the proud of Africa for giving multiple shows at these mythic halls from 1998-2002.

For A La Que Leu Leu, Werrason had already a show planned at Paris' 3th football stadium Stade Charletty in July 2003. Thinking that he wasn't ready for Parc des Princes yet that his staff announced after Bercy like Koffi Olomidé, he wanted to start with Stade Charletty first. They gave themselves already a taste by performing at Salle Pierry Charpy which is a inside the stadium and a hall used for volleyball, basketball, handball and in rare occasions concerts. Just before and after A La Que Leu Leu they were already slowly talking about the event for summer 2003. But Papa Wemba got arrested and when getting out of jail, rumors being spread that bands wouldn't be allowed to perform in Paris anymore, also rumors that some bands had to pay 100.000 euros first before coming to the Schengen Area.

Werrason was then adviced to wait for 2004 and the concert-promoter himself wasn't ready yet, wanting to do proper promotion,  add stars like Youssou N'dour, Salif Keita and Meiway to make from it a festival with Werrason as main-star in order to fill the stadium and would come in 2004 back with the project. In 2004, the split of Les Marquis occured with was a major blow and the concert-promoter was still not ready which made him announce the show for 2005 which also never happened and dissapeard with the project. Nor Werrason or somebody else talking about it would ever talk about it again.







 JB Mpiana wouldn't have dissapointed, his shows in mythic halls were always good even those in LSC, Bataclan, Trabendo and Elysse Montmatre.
 I already imagine how Werrason would have done a special entrance  and WMMM performing with multiple choreography for their temoingage-show. About Koffi Olomidé I don't since that the reviews of second zenith in 2003 were bad and in 2006 fans complaining on their skyrocks that his shows at Bataclan and Elysee Montmartre were boring and not having the fire anymore of 2000, 2001 & 2002.

Its crazy to notice that no of the Congolese artists that every performed at Bercy made a comeback after performing there for the 1st time.
