He probably did this after the social media pressure telling him that that day there was the UCL final and also due to the low ticket sales, he should just not do the concert

Good. Gives people more time to wonder if they should waste €60 on Wazekwa. Two weeks' notice is just too much, man wasn't thinking ahead. And it gives him more time to contemplate reducing the capacity to 2000 lol.
