Who is this atalaku?
Listening to Koffi's yesteryears albums, he had a lot of solo atalakus before he switched to two atalakus style. Who is this one. Also, I can't understand how Suzuki couldn't have a successful solo career after QL and BGBG. He was so versatile and had a unique voice. Was he in any other band?

Not really. He was more a Singer. Maybe someone else can give more input why he did animation in Noblesse Oblige?
He left QL between V12 and Ultimatum, he went to zaiko
