Eldorado seems to be a fascinating figure behind the scenes figure in Congolese music (being one of the most notable composers). I've heard that he was in Quarter Latin and has worked with Ferre and Fally but other than that not much.

I hope that Mbuta Likasu one day interviews him.

I just know that he’s from Ngiri-Ngiri, him being one of the mainwriters of Blaise Bula’s Ponderation 8, singing also in the chorus of Bashale and Berceau d’Humanité (he also had a vocal in it). Next to it, he helped to recruit musicians for Ponderation 8 and him being the one to bring late Reagan to Blaise, after spotting him doing animation on the streets. At the time that he worked with Blaise Bula, he met his former boss Koffi Olomidé and they started to collaborate, giving him the songs Sans Anesthesie and Kamutshima. However, Koffi didn’t pay him and he started to make interviews after the release of Attentat until that the problem got solved.

Having noticed the way he worked hard for Blaise Bula, Adolphe asked him if he could work collaborate with and they started to work at home. Then when Adolphe  came to Europe for Bercy and the problems between Adolphe & Werrason became worser, he asked Eldorado if he could recruit musicians to form a band (Wenge Tonya Tonya), adding also reserve musicians of Maison Mere that were staying at Adolphe after Bercy (rhythm player Papy Kaniama and the two reserve bass players Fiston Bass and another one but I don’t remember his name anymore)

When Adolphe Dominguez arrived they started public rehearsals and concerts straight away. Next to it, he also wrote some songs for Adolphe for Affaire Tonya Tonya. But just before the recording, a small conflict started between him , staffmembers and Adolphe (I don’t know about what). Some musicians who were seen as pro-Eldorado got fired (including Michel Bass and a guy who ended up by singing with Les Mineurs and in the song Bomengo of BEK). Despite the incident, Adolphe still gave him a shout-out in Affaire Tonya Tonya. After that it became a bit quite around him, until he started to collaborate with Ferre, who used to be pire  petit of Ngiri-Ngiri and Fally Ipupa.
