To celebrate Primus’ 90th anniversary at Stade des Martyrs along with other artists. This was one of the last dvd’s that got released on the market, because back that people were basically to paying dvd’s anymore.

There was already a Ferre vs Werra beef going on, but this event officially started it because of the interviews that followed the next day. The Maison Mere-camp then coming with the strategic mistake to openly support Fally, which they regret today.

Going back to the event, with Primus celebrating their 90th anniversary. You would think that they would organize a much bigger event to celebrate their 100th anniversary

ferre and fally killed the beer sponsorship for refusing to settle more in kinshasa and also wanting to match straight away jb and werra's last big contract which was millions  and then both of the vieux also threatened to back out if they lose their right of loyalty which was that the oldest serving would always have a superior wage to the rest and then in long term the arrival of urban music and the prolonged lack of europe concerts completely killed  the beers motivation to sponsor, along with the jealousy of the congolese admins of those companies who were salty that jb werra fally ferre would earn that much while they earned "normal" wages like 5K and so on so they started gossiping a lot till the european leaders  decided to fully back out
jb even did an interview mocking them that they had all lost their jobs in the long run after gossiping to get their contracts cancelled because primus decided to fire a lot of people who were working in the direct collaboration with culture people to cut losses

Do you think JB Mpiana and Werra were due "right of loyalty"? I thought endorsement deals are profitable based on popularity. If anything, Fally and Ferre are more aggressive in their careers than their vieux – they perform more in Europe concerts and release albums more frequently. If anything, doesn't it make sense to give the younger guys the pay advantage?

At the same time, I understand that Werra and JB are readily available for local concerts. I've seen many videos of BCBG and Masion Mere at the GHK and other Kinshasa venues compared to the younger guys. If they're very active locally, then vieux has a point to block the younger guys

by right of loyalty i meant that the companies used to give a priority to the longest serving to influence some things and they did not appreciate that primus started wanting to cancel their contracts when they were giving proposals to fally and ferre while they massively helped build the popularity and even worse when they started declining their interest in sponsorship because fally and ferre or either of them rejected the offer which need a strong presence in kinshasa for minimum half of the year they felt like primus were ungrateful to them for literally giving them their best ads when things started to go downhill about europe concerts

Yes,there should have been a campaign for which all the long serving would have had a bonus which they missed out on because of that and at the same time all of them ended up having lucrative equatorial guinea and co private concerts for big amounts while the guys started to be fired because of drop of sales and some having done some business behind bralima's back
