She was like Koffi's manager for Bercy and the months before. She saying that she tried to prevent Koffi doing a shout-outs for his Attentat-album, but it didn't work because of shout-outs being very lucrative. Later in the interview explaining that the goal of Attentat was to record an international album without shout-outs. Marie also said that she went to one of Quartier Latin's rehearsals and when hearing the singers singing, confirming that God exists and if he exists that he must probably be Congolese (she must have been over the moon, when hearing the voices of Eric Tutsi, Musthapha Nkori and Jipson Butukondolo, them singing like angels). When talking about the Bercy-event, she said that their team was really stressed, because of Africans buying the tickets last minute and  busses came from London, Belgium, etc. Also revealing that she never saw a public being that elegant during a concert, women with hats and evening dresses. Koffi Olomide coming late to hall, while he had to arrive at  8th o'clock, because at Bercy if you after the schema, you have to pay a supplement for everybody (team, band, etc.). Koffi finally arrived at night, his public also arrived late like him and making an entrance from sky with an Italian jacket that had the value of 30.000 euros and the event ending at 6:30 in the morning. The journalist then asking how much they did pay to Bercy as fine for coming late and Marie replying that she prefer to forget about it, she also revealing that they had to evacuate Champion because of having a cramp and him being replaced by another drummer.



Hearing the interview, it would be nice if there was like a documentary about it with each bandmember, staff members, journalists that participated, guest-stars and the management talking about the event, the preparation and anecdotes. Also with footage that were never showed and parts of the lockerroom. Hearing the story of Champion getting cramp during the concert. I thought that it was just a mad up story by Viva-fanatics, like the way they claimed that Koffi did playback-show the whole concert while it was just for the song Chocolat.

thinking about it its really a shame that we'll never have the full footage of those concerts,it would have mad success now in internet with there was the locker room moments some reactions by musicians,and so on
one concert which is a bit close to that is werra's double zenith and because of telesud broadcasting the concert

I always wonder why they didn't put the footage of Werrason's entrance during day I of the Double Zenith-event.

I really wish Koffi just released the full concert even 20 years later, I hate the fact that we only got 90 mins of footage instead of 2 hours or even it being released in two volumes

Maybe that Trace Urban has the full footage, since that used to be MCM Africa in the past before getting renamed into 2003. Also it was tv-channel MCM Africa's camera-team who filmed the event and themselves also having the rights over images. But I don't believe that MCM Africa has it, otherwise they would have turned the videos of Koffi's Bercy on youtube down

Who is Marie Audigier? How did she end up being contact with Koffi Olomide? This is a interesting story to learn about.

Marie Audigier used to be a singer. She became later active the in event-sector and also started to manage artists. Sonodisc appointed her to manage Koffi, when he came with the Bercy-project. Her goal was to promote Koffi, his Attentat-album and Bercy-event in France.
