Re: RIP Doudou Adoula
I used to like Doudou alot, the jokes he used to make during concerts and the way he would dance sometimes with Nyoka Longo during the sebene. I am thinking about both guys made their entrance during one of the concerts at Intercontinental in 1993 and Doudou ending it by making that MJ-move. Or during the same concert when the the singers were acting like girls during the sebene of Dede, Doudou starting twerking hahahaha and it with the same MJ-move. Also at Zenith when he and Papy Cocaine were making fun of Bidjana who was walking around the stage the whole concerts, them imitating him during Proverbe 22:1.
It's a big loss for Zaiko. I was wondering where he went because he wasn't there anymore for months. For years I was hoping him to do an interview to talk about his past in Il Falait Kaka, OKA and Zaiko, also how he grew up because he is the son of late Cyrille Adoula who replaced Patrice Lumumba as prime minister.

Re: RIP Doudou Adoula
What a massive loss, yesterday when the awa te studio session was posted i thought about him and alain saying few months ago that he was feeling better and eager to return to work i thought he would have recovered by now and also thinking about that video where he thanked and praised europe people when zaiko stayed in europe for long(or was it when he was returning on his own)
rip l'atalaku bourgeois like i was calling him because of the family he came from,36 years in a band, not many will ever achieve this as an atalaku assuming in many cases by 5 years leader is tired of you already

Re: RIP Doudou Adoula
Indeed, you rarely find such a loyal member like Doudou was in Zaiko. Even if he wasn't a founder, he became something like that by importance.

Loosing both Nono and Doudou this year is too much to bear as a lifelong Zaiko fan. Can’t imagine the grief Ya Jossart is going through

Re: RIP Doudou Adoula
I liked the duo of Doudou and Papy Cochaine, even though Nono and Bidjina were there also I thought Doudou and Papy complimented each other well.
