I love Koffi but i think he is triggered by the fact that Marlene from Fally is a big hit, with him singing the vocal of eputsha in the song. Now Koffi is going to let JR33 „correct“ Fally.

Koffi is really pushing JR 33 to be the new Fally, especially when Fally himself co-signed him at the quartier latin 32nd anniversary. But knowing Koffi when JR 33 eventually leaves to go solo Koffi will absolutely lose it. Also Koffi needs to give his other musicians more of a chance it’s not just JR 33 even though I really like the guy and have big hopes for him.

Yeah because the media and even Jr himself was labelling him as Fally’s younger brother or the real petit Fally. Omba had a lot of vocals but the problem with him he didn’t have the IT factor that Fally, Ferre, Babia, Willy, Sam, Bouro had. He was more like someone like Eric Tutsi or Jipson, great musicians but were never gonna be the main stars of the group.

I do actually, he’s a really good singer, he can dance, he has the looks and he’s a fan favourite. If Koffi takes him to Europe for his concert he might hit a bigger exposure.

Sometimes you just need to leave classics alone… this doesn’t even touch the original version. JR 33 grand chanteur! But he didn’t correct Fally’s vocal at all. Nice that he included his musicians in the clip including Kerozene even though it’s weird to see him back with this current generation. I think if this was a complete different song and not eputsha remix and have his other singers like Eric 4sim and cowboy and co it would’ve been better.
