i saw one of the organisers explain how the selection happens,and he said that it starts from labels of francophone artists presenting them their results  and them also associating the downloads,the views and so on  like the europe disque d'ors
ferre is in anglophone universal music,i dont know if this could be the reason of his absence with either of bizorbi,mua mbuyi or mobondo  for example as single d'ors
innoss is independent,gaz is or was with bomaye music and is also independent like innoss
