I just finished watching Carlyto's interview. It's a shame how Choc Stars ended. They were like a dream team after their rebirth in 1986, following Bozi's departure. You’d think they would’ve stayed at the top for at least 10 years.

There was a moment when Carlyto talked about Joly Mubiala's integration into Choc Stars and how people were against it, when talking about the trip to Europe that followed, Thierry Kabundi cut Carlyto off and Carlyto himself forgot to finish the point about Joly and the trip. When Carlyto spoke about the internal issues within the band, it felt like he was referring more to Defao than Debaba, because Defao was the one making the most TV appearances and releasing a lot of nzong-nzing albums at that time.
