Sold out comes into use with the amount of tickets thats been allocated, it can be a 15k arena but if the production team have 11k tickets on sale & they end up selling 11k tickets then its a sold out show even though the arena holds 15k people in total. Emailing the arena is asking for a plaque is so stupid because its the production team that gives it out not the venue.
