Tbh it is insane that amongst the old leaders, Koffi, Wazekwa, Werra, and JB the only leader who always get talked about in a nasty way from his ex enployees is Koffi, even if people had problems with JB (except for Maybe Mboka Liya and that guy from the PPU forgot his name) I have never seen someone spoke bad about JB's character from ex JB's employees same with Werra even tho his ex members werenupset with him over payment they never went and started to talk about Werra's private life etc.

What are you talking about? Jb doesn’t get talked about well. It’s only the generation of Kibens who were wanted out that speak well of him. Both generations of Pipiyu have exposed JB’s attitude and leadership skills, just watch their Ado Yuhe interviews where they all complained that Jb wasn’t paying them or even speaking to them.
Werra has been exposed and spoken about bad by so many of his ex musicians and one thing about musicians that spent time in both clan wenge and quartier latin always say that Jb and Werra wouldn’t speak to you and would even get angry if you tried to greet them whilst Koffi would greet you and would get mad if you didn’t greet him.

You are not understanding me, people speaking about leaders not paying them and in Werra's case not being greeted and still bieng forced to greet him otherwise you would hear some members of his staff saying to the guys that they still had to greet him is common practice, what it isn't common practice is to discuss the leader personal life and love life I have never seen ex Wenge Maison Mere members or ex Wenge BCBG Members bringing out for example Werra's illegitimate son, him sleeping with his dancers etc. same for JB I have never heard any JB ex member talk about the Mwana Nsuka's case or the Amida's case and so on, same for Wazekwa ayou hardly hear about his wife kids or whatever it concerning his personal life while with Koffi every ex member it seems that despite the usual Koffi this and Koffi that feels the need to bring either AAliyah or Cindy in the mix while being interviewed while that doesn't happen with other ex members and it isnt even usually to discuss Cindy's place in the group as a Chef D'Orchestre but it is about Koffi having CIndy as a mistress AAliya's wife and then even going far sometimes to include Didi Stone etc. I have never seen a leader who's private life gets talked about to like that tell me when is the last time Celeo despite whatever he has been through with Werra brought Mampata up or when did Ferre and other people that in the past had huge problems with Werra brought his kids, mistress and wife up? Same for JB yes everybody was speaking for  two weeks about Mwana Nsuka but have you heard any of ex JB's member bringing it up? or bring JB's love life up in interviews?
