I remember the ms. Benguigui from 2012, when the Francophonie Summit took place in Kinshasa. Back at that time people who were against J. Kabila's regime and combattans, wanted the summit in Kinshasa being boycotted, but it still took place which dissapointed many and combattants started to attack different politicians on social that went to Kinshasa. Yasmina Benguigui who was  Delegate Minister for Francophonie at that time would receive most insults, mostly about her private life (about the dad of her child not being known and stuff like that).
