Volcan is one of the rare solists that knows how to replicate old quartier latin sebene almost how it used be recorded. He reminds me of the late Yoto Nkelani "Delta Force" who used to be Felly Tyson's mentor and later joined Zaiko Langa Langa. Many solists that were before Volcan in Quartier Latin weren't able to do that and would sometimes just play their own creations while not even having intepreted the half of the sebene

Koffi needs to let his pride go and give these guys a group album they are ready. He should’ve done it after releasing Légende vol 1 because the attention was there especially with the success of Femme and Tshiboless it got people curious and interested but nope he decided to revert back to the Olomide couple.

Koffi needs to stop playing and release a Quartier Latin group album for the culture. Like QKM said, chasing trends doesn't last forever.

I saw an interview from Rolly Mayemba on tiktok. He mentioned Koffi send him to congo to recruited new singers and dancers. Does that mean that the guys he came with will stay in europe?

could be a tactic to counter visa issues,and allow koffi to perform with them in europe then deal with abidjan and co with the remaining guys like ordinateur mukusa mbwa and co plus the new members
because lets be honest koffi getting visas took people off guard  in a game where getting visas became a matter of polemic with people proudly announcing struggles of the rivals and snitching stuff to reinforce the risk of not getting it so next time they might be waiting to put a trap in front of him

If Koffi did send Rolly to recruit new musicians I don’t think the singers currently in Europe will go back. We all saw what happened when Sam and co were alerted that the team of Jordan soleil and co were recruited, and when the team of apocalypse junior jipson and co were alerted that the mineurs were recruited.

But if Rolly thinks his appearance at ING gave him success to start a solo career then he’s in for a rough ride. He’s 14 years too late.
