the version i am hearing from kin and which was also coicidentally posted by some pages on facebook is that werra wanted to buy a house in kin for 1.4 million and the family did not accept and later ferre who was looking for a house in the same area  offered 1.7 and got his offer accepted,so on werra's side it was seen like done on purpose to try to humiliate werra despite months of difference
