From a content and commercial success standpoint, this is the best Congolese album of this decade (so far). A strong comeback album after the overall Mid/boring Control and the time when we thought he got lost in the sauce in the world/western music scene

I must say the main Formule 7 générique has not aged as well. Aside from the some decent licks from Golet solo at the beginning and end, the arrangement is poor, which is uncharacteristic compared to all the other songs

I remember when this album came out people on this forum were killing the album. But it proved people wrong because it’s been on heavy rotation everywhere to the point you forget it’s been 3 years since it’s been out.

lol ive come to realise that when we are harsh on an album early either it stays like that  or the album blows hard remember tokoosss 1 we were like 5 per cent talking well about it then boom
