I remember this concert. They had the late Master Mwana Congo on lead guitar and Freddy de Majunga (Soude Madiaba - Soukous) on rhythm guitar

The difference is that the late Tshala Muana in the 80s and 90s was an international superstar. She was amongst the ranks of Mbilia Bel and Abeti Masikini

Congolese Music in the 80s and 90s had a lot of international clout due to the World Music scene. Bands and artists would tour internationally in Europe, USA, Canada, Latin America, Asia and the Caribbean.

The artists of this modern generation that could do this is Fally Ipupa and maybe Ferre Gola.
