How was jdl misbehaving what was he doing?

he was coming on stage drunk and in rehearsal was agressive and rude towards musicians during his stand-in chef role when late seguin was still in hospital then jb had to remove him and use roger ngandu in that role until he later reverted to the old formula of seguin's stroke days of letting genta and ficarré share chef duties
