He did say in his livestream that it will be a triple album, so I assume there has either been a change of plans and it went from a triple to a double, or there is a third part that will come out towards the end of the year. But as of right now, XX is being advertised as a double album, The Genius pages of the albums have been updated since the announcement and they're both mentioning "double album" in the descriptions.
