one that i am tempted to say is alain mpela in bcbg,because it went quite quick from 0 to 100 or bouro back to latino since we did not even have any major signs of him not being comfortable in the band anymore
les marquis i could see from various incidents in kin already that something was getting wrong with the guys
lebou is also an interesting one because i did not see such a quick collapse of the group which mainly kickstarted from him leaving and then fondé somono later and affaire ngulu killing the group forever

Everyone knew about Roga Roga's bad behavior, but Ramatoulaye and Sonor actually surprised me by Nouvel Horizon's success. As of today, they're still going strong with Dido Senga, Dodi Le Talent, Leyvson, and still releasing successful albums. Remember, Universal Zangul splintered after a promising first album and the rebel group of Arafat, Rav4 and Juventus didn't get off the group. Somehow, Rama and Sonor defy the odds.

I was surprised and disappointed by But Na Filet, Ibirator, and Adada's leaving LM Villa Nova. That team was unique in terms of quality music and you can sense Fabregas carved out a nice competitive angle on Fally and Ferre Gola. Blaise Bula's departure from BCBG which was very premature because he was the number 2 of the band and it was him along with Jb and Makaba vs Werra Adolphe and Masala. Blaise's exit turned into a domino effect because then Makaba left, then Kusangila, and on the other side Masela left then Adolphe left.

Heritier from Maison Mere only because he was in the group for so long it felt like he would never leave. his departure was more like a finally reaction.

I'm also close to saying the Danger de mort team departures in Europe I don't think anyone predicted that Quartier Latin would collapse the way it did.

Les Marquis split just because of how short the group were together they barely did a year and then split.
