Cultural centers like Halle de la Gombe are difficult to book for up-and-coming talent, because of administrative cost to negotiate a concert appearance, plus known talent are given priority. You need good management to break through, which costs money, and you can barely afford to plan ahead after splitting peanuts from small venues or fan donations.

With the first year or formation, you'll see the fractures appear as the orchestra cannot afford to stick together anymore.
