Amazing - I had no idea that this existed. One of great albums of our time

Wait 5:25 is Nasilisi Maloba, so it seems it didn’t make the cut for Operation Dragon, but made it to À La queue leu leu. One of these days someone has to ask Al Nzimbi how that album had bad sound almost entirely

Seeing on 4:33 min songtitles like Washington & Sophie make it seems that different songs were first dedicated to other people.

Didier Lacoste’s vocal in Croix Rouge is similar to the vocal Shella Mputu used in Skol Logitima. It’s a shame that they erased all vocals Lacoste did in Kibuisa Mpimpa. I’m sure that it would have boosted more if he stayed in Wenge Maison Mère.

Look at the happiness of Burkina Faso, Bill Clinton & Baby Ndombe about Croix Rouge. That must have been great times in the studio

I saw a comment referring to Flamme Kapaya’s interview with Ado Yuhe, saying that they recorded 22 tracks but removed 5 to avoid monotony

all the guys unanimously say that this was their best studio experience the mood was super positive, and they were announced  big payment coming from jps for them(but hahaha nsone na mbongo )
some of them were even planning to buy landplots with that money, since back then it was not like today that you have 9 times of 10 to have serious money to buy a good landplot let alone a house

Manu Dibango was dropping some gems towards the end. If only we love ourselves enough, there will be no war in Africa.
Also, the French Language was kicking Werra's ass in that studio.....  ;D ;D ;D ;D
