it is him,but jb does not want to give officially the role yet in memory of seguin,he was already the one standing in when seguin suffered his stroke but then for whatever reason jb chose jdl during seguin's post accident until death  period and jdl did an horrendous job which shifted it back to the natural order that either genta or ficarre should have been the chef d orchestre
