We can keep blaming his team but at the end of the day it’s Ferre himself that’s the problem.
He needs to take the business side more seriously, I’ve lost count the amount of concerts he’s announced and then it ends up getting postponed. I don’t like to bring Fally into it but this never happens with him, heck it doesn’t even happen with Heritier so why always Ferre. He needs to do a complete clear out of his staff and get some more serious guys in because at this rate it’s not normal that these kind of things keep happening to him especially when he’s coming up to 20 years solo career.
Then him and his fans get upset when people say Fally is ahead of him, it’s because of things like this why it looks like Fally is ahead of him marketing wise, he needs to swallow his pride and just look at how Fally does business and try and do the same.

I’ve said this exact thing before. His team are not the one to blame fully, I blame Ferre himself. He’s not learning or trying to change at all and this concert was the last straw for me….i won’t bother with this guy no more, it’s actually pointless.

the biggest thing with him is even not for me that it happens,the most worrying is how they'll cope in between,we might just see him disappear for two months like he often does,including posting on his page,and that is a collateral damage of how he does not seem to want to adapt to the conditions of how the professional industry works these days,he said something in his two recent interviews,that he does not fancy much to sign contracts with some managers or structures because he wants to have control of his career,especially financially,while in order to have those manager with network and adapted to the new era,like it or not some will have a percentage even on  your spitting lol like my brother says,they'll have 10 20 per cent on everything and my man does not seem ready for that,because it will also require him working according to their orders if he has to take 11 plane trips in 15 days he has to and i think he's a bit reluctant to losing that freedom while lets say it like it is people see him through the eyes of fally,to extent that all his arenas are given a credit like he barely did a dock eiffel because of not only what the rival did "bigger" or even the whole marketing around those events
like prince said,we dont want to bring fally into this,but in similar situations you'll have fally already posting that he is coming to 4 5  countries in africa to brush it away,like for example the american tour that never happened the fact he maintained a combined trips/jetset(how ironic lol)image brushed it under the carpet,like many other cancelled african concerts man could even afford almost two years prior to his stadiums with concerts that you can count because he had already "stocked enough credit in the bank" and kept his image alive still with those cameos those lives and so on,while ferre will just go "bunker mode" in his studio and his family life  until one day  a new date or something else comes

It hard being a Golois at times it really is. Every time Ferre has momentum it’s always something that halts it. Like JV said it might be too late, Ferre is 50 years old he’s set in his ways.

I’ve given up sticking up for him in debates with warriors. Imagine being the most talented singer in your country, yet no one takes you seriously because you lack basic business and marketing acumen as a professional musician 30+ years in the public eye.

you see the impact of lack of communication even after the news broke,before and after the match we "won"  there has been a evergrowing running joke saying "we decided to go to sorcerer to bless congo he said bring to me something valuable,we decided to bring ferre gola,he said no thanks i cant do anything with that",do you imagine the level of  leaving space wide open exposing your weaknesses you need to have to have people peacefully running such stuff,this is a country where even petit fally got taken seriously at the end because he has some management around now,its criminal that literally like it or not the first post AFDL star we've witnessed gets reduced to such level because of  playing down everything or always thinking everything is under control
ferre should learn by now that congolese people dont rate cold confidence,somebody who just calmly takes his life whatever happens,most of us dont rate that they'd rather you look active eager to always impress and take risks and even if you fail you'll have succeeded in their eyes 8 times out of 10,even worse when you have an assigned rival,you have to be on the guy's toes constantly,especially if you are not the one who is the most media friendly
i could write for hours about my guy,heck even his looks sometimes help rivals mocking him,if i was him i would revert to braids reduce the beard a bit and wear more leather jacks and stuff like that,some some of updated version of his les marquis early quartier latin days look,back then you'd never hear so much about his height and all that because all what he wore and his demeanor with it kind of hid it,and when facing such an image driven rival such details also count
