Did Alfred Solo plagiarism on Alba's generique of 2008

Since Alfred Solo's departure, there have been several videos on TikTok pointing out that Alfred's guitar parts during Werrason's Adidas Arena concert are the same as Alba Accompagnero's  générique from 2008. Alba Accopagnero himself also sharing a video about it

Apparently if you look at the comments, Alfred replies that he was the original creator of it if my translation is correct
