Yeah man Affaire D’état Fally was something else. I’ll never forget when the DVD came out his popularity went even higher than before, people wanted to watch the clips just to see Fally.
I think his decline in singing (decline is the wrong word to use) is simply because the guy tours and works too much! Let’s be honest when has Fally ever taken a break, I think in 2014/15 he took a break when he was working on Libre Parcours album, but he’s always singing even if you listen to 70% of his songs on his albums it’s him doing the singing and choruses.
Koffi adapted because he wasn’t doing his own chorus and let’s be real he wasn’t touring nearly as much as Fally is, I like Fally’s work ethic because it’s the best but when you look at his colleagues from the 5th gen they’ve all taken breaks at some point. How many times does Ferre disappear and comes back out of nowhere.
But also I realised most leaders always sing better when they’re band members.

he really raised the bar there,and like blana often says fally was one of his generation guys if not the guy at that point who had the strongest pool of ghost vocal writers(blana himself,his dad,fally's "nephew" lindalala gino bescherelle and co) until the matete crew arrived via heritier

i want to say something about fally's singing but i hope i wont be misinterpreted,i have it on good authority that my guy sings one heeeelllll lot or used to sing a lot because it was helping him cope with the behind the scenes world,to absorb the stress,to avoid or dodge remorse and all that so unlike ferre as you said he might even be doing silence cures that much,barely talking for a whole week or more to keep the voice fresh like ferre does when he goes invisible
notice his mentor koffi got a similar "decline",these guys especially with being able to play guitar on their own at some point sang wayyyy too much in days and even the surgeries they had when their issues were already advanced could not save it
