The video covers the arrest of Papa Wemba in February 2003 in connection with the “ngulu” affair. It has images from an event at La Madeleine, where several artists from Burundi, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (Wazekwa, Bébé Tshanda, Maray Maray, Papa Wemba and co), performed just a few days before Papa Wemba’s arrest. The VHS also inclused a short interview with Rose Luzolo “Amazone” about the arrest of her husband, as well as reactions from Awilo Longomba, Modogo Gianfranco Ferré, Sec Bidens and Wazekwa regarding Wemba’s arrest.
There are also images of a protest by the Congolese community in Paris, which was attended by King Kester Emeneya, Shaguy Sharufa and Mère Malou. Koffi Olomidé is interviewed by Djo K about rumors that he was mocking Papa Wemba’s arrest. The video also shows protests in Kinshasa, where fans and musicians with of Écriture expressed their anger, believing that Koffi was behind Wemba’s arrest.

It was said that Koffi was asking people for €1,000 for a shout-out on Affaire d'Etat because the demand for them had become extremely high, not wanting to have same case as Werrason's A La Que Leu Leu. The VHS of Viva la Musica performing against Nouvelle Ecriture. This volume has just the part of Viva la Musica. In the intro there are extracts of Nouvelle Ecriture performing a part of Viva la Musica mixing together with Nouvelle Ecriture. I had to see the video of Nouvelle Ecriture one day. I first always thought this cassette was the one of the missed fara-fara between Nouvelle Ecriture and Viva la Musica, which made the concertpromoter angry and arguing with Wemba, ending up with Wemba headbutting the concertpromoter.

"Tournée Kinoise" (TH ou Rien) that sold as puff-puff. This version doesn't have the first version of the TH-generique videoclip that INA Congo uploaded seperatly on youtube, after seeing the same VHS being removed from youtube after a few months and uploaded it for the second time wihtout it. The VHS contains the first official TH show at FIKIN, their concert at l'Esplanade de Stade des Martyrs and third concert being the one at Terrain Municipale de Bandalungwa. During the show in Bandal, the singers from Europe (Bikou le Brun, Richard Mukenda and JDL) were presented as new bandmembers and Coco "Pina Colada" as new solist.
