in fact,in 1993, he created first  and biggest jb mpiana fan club of kinshasa called MCT(mukulu corporation trading)with members like fally ipupa,blanchard mosaka,de gaule lissimo genta's elder brother and so on
then in 1995 he bacamse wenge musica spokesman and after the split he follows jb until now
he came from a wealthy family which was firmly against him being into music instead of becoming a lawyer as he got his diploma in corporate law but he chose to continue in music
he was never with koffi,but koffi has often admitted his admiration for roger,and roger himself confirmed on tv that koffi contacted him to join quartier latin several times but he preferred remaining loyal to jb
as for the french nationality, probably benefited from the fact he is touring around the world since the 1990s and always came back to congo
