Read my statement again, what am doing is for the protection of genuine members of this forum who want to discuss music freely, I don't want anyone to say anything bad then authorities demand that I disclose the contact details of the individual saying things that Werrason's representatives find offending so until we purge out suspect members and make this forum accessible and readable for exclusively forum members, let's avoid talking about Werrason here, personally  am not scared because I understand the laws here in the UK but am only concerned for other members who say nasty things.

Sly I am personally grateful for the opportunity you have given me to learn since the closure of the previous forum. At that point I felt like my life had come to a halt. Now I can say for sure I am previledged to be a member of this forum.

I just want to assure you as a practicing lawyer here in Kenya, any intended court action commenced on the basis of the post concerning the 800 dollars has no foundation in law. Why am I saying this? First we enjoy freedom of expression as long as its enjoyment does not infringe on other people's enjoyment of their liberties. You simply shared information which had backing from reliable sources.  I don't see how this should cause problems of this magnitude. Secondly, Mr. Makanda is a public figure and as such his is open to scrutiny. Unless he or his percieved representative can prove that he was defamed as a consequence of the post and the comments that followed, they are fighting a losing battle. Thirdy, Werrason is a brand of his own making; therfore, it follows that only him can claim copyright to his works. Unless they can prove that Sly or Archos gain economically from mentioning certain brands, then any Application for injunctive relief against the use of the brand will be dismissed with costs to you Sly.

I wish I was in the UK, I would gladly take instructions to defend you pro-bono (free of charge) just to prove a point. Anyway, Sly, and the rest of the forum members, we will not be cowed by people who purport to be self appointed gate keepers of others through threats and intimidation.

And to Archos, I have read your sentiments and I respect your feelings. The threat to your family was unfortunate and an act of exreme barbarism and cowardly. But take heart God is there and He will protect you. Keep up the good work.

Nyumu wa Mukiti, thank you for your kind words and counsel. We will not be cowards so we'll fight on if she wants to bring trouble here,we've had enough of her and we are determined to foul her attempts.
We will keep you posted on the goings on as she claims she's filed in a claim with my internet service provider, she's hoping they cut off my internet service or something, she's  sent them links to the threads of concern to her so let's see if my ISP will fall for her stupidity,i think they are more competent and will see through her lies.

Because as the registered owner of this forum my details are public and I am not bothered really, i have done more serious things and faced a judge more than once so this is a small issue which cannot give me a slight headache.
