You just haven't paid attention to his work, I have all his albums and singles, released after Les Marquis, there is no ataluku in Congo and abroad who can touch this guy,he knows his stuff and all atalukus and band leaders know that fact very well.

i think what valentino is saying is that,bill has lost something in terms of efficiency;creativity is and will always be there(especially since he also has very good animation providers if he needs support)
but its been  a while that the biggest atalaku he is has not created the main animation of a year,everytime he released an album or beer ad,there were other atalakus who had more popular animation
and that's kinda strange for such a talented guy,maybe he is not giving his best anymore since he is a president

Bill has not gone down in any way, the problem he's got is bad publicity. If all the stuff especially generiques he's been doing the last few years were released under Wenge Maison Mere,Wenge BCBG or Quartier Latin for instance, they would have been hits especially had he been at Maison Mere as Werrason is undeniably the leader internationally when it comes popularity and command on sebene. You know, Werra even when he releases crap sebene like he's done since Sous Sol,he's guaranteed success because he's got too many followers. Bill has not been helped by his polemic againt Werra and Maison Mere,Werra's fans despise Bill so if he features on Ingeta as reported,it's gonna be a major boost for him as he'll probably be accepted by Maison Mere fans who gave him their backs when he started insulting Werra in his generiques.

When Bill releases albums, all you see is one clip here and there on youtube and way after the actual release. The only album he's really promoted is Fukushima and the response from the public was quite good. The other generique which was received well is the one above he did with Roga Roga with perfect animations.

All these atalukus around who are getting popular are not doing anything better than Bill, they work for bands which are already on top and their bands do not need too much marketing to get attention, fans from all camps follow what is going on because these bands have already proved to the world that they are good and have that goodwill so marketing is just a bonus, as for the likes of Bill and others from the 5th generation with the exception of Ferre and Fally,all of them need proper marketing to attract attention.

Yeah,he's got a unique style of animation which most atalukus want to copy infact most atalukus now use his style and that of Celeo as standard and coupled with Bill's creativity and hard hitting indirect polemic is the reason why Werra has failed to replace Bill for 10 years now and he's been forced to borrow Bill for one generique. Both Werra and Bill will benefit massively should that duet be released on Ingeta.
